If you have a food allergy, intolerance or preference, you may need to liaise directly with the venue to confirm that they are able to accommodate your specific needs. We have included the venue details in the event description.

 

Unfortunately it cannot be guaranteed that the kitchen will be free of peanut or nut traces.

 

Drinks are not included and you must settle your drinks bill with the restaurant at the end of the night, either individually or by table.

Free range pork sausage, applewood smoked streaky bacon, black pudding, beans, roast tomato, fried egg, forest chestnut mushrooms and sourdough toast.

 

2 AMERICAN BREAKFAST
Smoked sausage, applewood smoked streaky bacon, potato & buttered onion hash, roast tomato, buttermilk pancake, fried eggs and smoky hollandaise.

 

3 VEGETARIAN BREAKFAST
Crispy seitan fillet, smashed avocado, chargrilled padron peppers, hash brown, scrambled eggs, beans, forest chestnut mushrooms roast tomato and sourdough toast.

 

4 VEGAN BREAKFAST
Crispy seitan fillet, smashed avocado, chargrilled padron peppers, hash brown, beans, forest chestnut mushrooms roast tomato and sourdough toast.

 

Gluten free versions of each dish are available when ordering and will include a beyond meat patty.

 

 

Because of the dreaded B word, we have limited our self-service online sales to those resident in the United Kingdom ONLY.

There are two tickets for sale in advance, these provide entry to three of our main events:

 

  • The Whisky Tasting on the Saturday afternoon, this requires the advance purchase of a token and costs £28.00, see separate page for token purchase.

 

  • The Leathermen Scotland Dinner on the Saturday evening and the brunch on the Sunday, this requires the advance purchase of a wristband and costs £60.00

 

  • Wristband holders also receive a complimentary welcome drink and goody bag on the Friday evening and can obtain half price access to The Polo Lounge nightclub after 23:00 each night.

 

Note, as with all sales we make there is a small payment processing fee added per product sold, this often does not even cover our costs.

 

There are no refunds, except in extraordinary circumstances and these are at the discretion of the club Steering Committee. 

 

 

Live OUTSIDE the United Kingdom?

 

If you live outside of the United Kingdom we would be absolutely delighted to have you attend.

 

In order for us to create and to send an invoice to you for payment, we need you to fill out a single registration form, this will enable you to provide us with the same information given to us by those who live in the United Kingdom.

After submitting a completed registration form you will receive an email copy of your form entries for future reference, we will follow up with an invoice for payment as soon as possible. Note, as with all sales we make there is a small payment processing fee added per product sold, this often does not even cover our costs.

 

When you receive acknowledgment of the receipt of payment, you’re booked.

 

There are no refunds, except in extraordinary circumstances and these are at the discretion of the club Steering Committee.
